Privacy Policy

TradeNarra may access information that you voluntarily enter or import, including trade records, asset symbols, prices, quantities, profit and loss results, account labels, strategies, playbook criteria, notes, tags, settings, CSV data, chart screenshots, and other images selected by you.

This information is stored locally on your Windows device in TradeNarra's managed application data folder. TradeNarra does not upload your journal records, notes, strategies, or chart images to the developer's servers. TradeNarra does not require a TradeNarra account, and the developer does not maintain a cloud database containing your journal.

TradeNarra uses Microsoft Store services to offer and verify its subscription. Microsoft may process your Microsoft account, payment information, purchase history, and subscription under Microsoft's own privacy policy and terms.

TradeNarra receives only the licence and entitlement information required to determine whether the subscription is active, such as entitlement status and expiration information. TradeNarra does not receive or store your complete payment-card or bank-account details.

Features such as the economic calendar may request publicly available market-event information from an external data source. These requests may disclose standard technical information, such as your IP address, to that service as necessary to deliver the information. TradeNarra does not include your journal records, strategies, notes, or chart images in those requests.

Locally stored information is used only to provide TradeNarra's journaling, playbook, statistical analysis, review, image management, backup, restore, import, and export functionality. Subscription entitlement information is used only to verify access to subscribed features.

The developer does not sell, rent, or share your locally stored journal information with advertisers or data brokers. Subscription purchases and licence verification are processed by Microsoft Store.

Your information remains on your device until you edit or delete it. TradeNarra allows you to edit and delete journal entries, playbook records, and attached images. You may export trade data as CSV, create a complete backup, restore a backup, open the managed data folder, or delete locally stored journal data.

Subscription expiration does not automatically delete locally stored journal information. If a subscription expires, TradeNarra continues to provide the available export and local-data deletion controls. Before deleting data or uninstalling the application, create a backup if you wish to retain your records.

TradeNarra stores journal information locally and relies on the security of your Windows device and Windows user account. You are responsible for protecting access to your computer and exported backup files. No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

TradeNarra is not directed toward children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

This policy may be updated if TradeNarra's functionality or data practices change. The effective date shown on this page will be updated when material changes are made.
